We open the show talking about the live Caps vs Kings game while also talking about the 1-1-1 week for the Caps. We will then preview the big week ahead for the team. We will then do a crossover segment talking Wrestling and all the latest WWE news coming out of Cena's last appearance on RAW Live on Netflix. After that we will have our DMV roundtable talk about the unfortunate loss for the Commanders who have now lost 6 in a row in a season that is falling apart heading into the bye week. We will also talk about other NFL action from this week and preview the next week. We will have a live look-in to the MNF game too. We will quickly talk Wizards as well if we have time. Who have lost all 8 games this month so far.
