In the first half hour we will recap the Caps big wins in Philly last Wednesday and at home in DC over Edmonton on Friday. We will also break down the 5-2 Loss to Nashville on Saturday and preview the exciting week for the Caps. They will have a rematch with the New York Rangers on Tuesday in MSG. Then the Caps have now won 13 in a row at home. They take that streak into a match with the NJ Devils which Robbie will be taking a special guest to on Thursday. He will talk about what will be a special night for one huge Capitals fan. Also on Saturday the Capitals continue their home stand against the Philadelphia Flyers.

In the second half of the first hour we will break down the week that was for the Wizards. They had a tough two losses coming out of the All Star Break. They still find themselves in the top 4 of the East as they go into a difficult week. We will preview the game against the League leading Warriors on Tuesday. We will also talk about the home and home series with Toronto where the Wizards go on the road on Wednesday and at home on Friday. They finish that short home stand with a game against Orlando next Sunday which we will also preview.

In the second hour we will have callers talking about a wide range of topics. We will also talk any breaking Redskins news, Nationals news out of their 3 preseason games, and preview the first DC United game of the season.

Full description:
Tonight we have a really exciting show for our 40th episode. We start off talking about the Capitals who had a perfect week winning all 3 of their games last week. We will break down the home victories over the Hurricanes, Red Wings, and Ducks as they head into their bye week. The Capitals have now won 6 in a row overall, the last 12 home games, and in the last 11 home games they tied an NHL record by scoring 5 or more goals in those wins. We will preview next weekends road games vs the Red Wings and Rangers after their 6 day break.

In the second half hour (7:30 pm est) we will be talking about the Washington Wizards. They won their last 2 games after losing the game to Cle on Monday. It was a super close game that many NBA experts think was the game of the season so far. The Wizards had won 17 in a row at home before the loss. After losing an OT heartbreaker the Wizards won in OT in a "trap game" vs the Nets. They played in another close game on Saturday vs the Indiana Pacers. We have guests in the man cave tonight that will help break down that game as they were there in the Verizon Center. Mike and Arun will help us break down all the games from last week and preview the game vs OKC that starts at 8pm.

To start our second hour we will have a special guest on to talk about the Redskins. Diane Chesebrough is a Redskins Reporter who reports for Sports Journey and USA Today's The Redskins Wire, and a member of the Pro Football Writers of America.
