Season 8 Episode 4! Episode #307

On tonight’s episode we recap the last game of the regular season for the Defenders. We then preview their playoff game vs Seattle this upcoming Sunday. In segment 2 we have our NBA Roundtable where we will update all the first round playoff matchups and have live lookins to the game between the Bucks and Heat. We will also preview tonight’s Lakers vs Grizzlies game.

In segment 3 CPIII will break down the up and down week for the Nats and preview the upcoming week. In segment 4 our final segment we will talk about the NHL playoffs and do a live lookin to the big games tonight.

SportsOTHP Ep.306: Last Caps Talk of Season + Defenders Win + Nats Talk + NHL & NBA Playoffs

Season 8 Episode 3! Episode #306

In our first segment we have the return of the Capitals Roundtable with CPIII, RobbieG, Gil, and special guest C4. We talk about the last week of the Caps season, letting the coach go, and overall thoughts on the season. We also with the remaining time talk about the NHL playoffs and what to look forward to.

In the second segment we break down the big 2 point OT win for the DC Defenders. They almost gave away this game as Arlington staged an amazing comeback. CPIII went to this game and we will hear what happened first hand. This win gives them home field for the North Division Playoff Game. We will quickly also talk about next week's matchup where it has no effect on our standings but the other team (San Antonio) needs to win to possibly stay alive (and needs Arlington to lose too).

We will then end the show with a Nats update and a look into the NBA Playoffs.

We watch the Caps win a game live that might help the pens make the playoffs. We will also break down the last week for the Caps. 32 Minutes in we have our last Wizards roundtable of the season as Champ joins on the Tru Radio Zoom Hotline with Tim and Robbie live in the man cave. After they break that down the Wizards and NBA playoff matchups for the next 20 minutes.

52 Minutes in we break down the big 1 point win for the DC Defenders vs a very good Seattle team in Seattle. This win clinches them a playoff birth and if they win one of the last 2 games they will host the one home playoff game.

To end the show we are joined by Arun as we recap the Nats live come back on air. We also talked about their rough week last week. We preview the upcoming games as well.
