Rundown of tonights show:
Tonight we'll have Carroll give a recap of Washington Nationals week where they went 1-2 against the Miami Marlins and 2-1 against thePittsburgh Pirates to go 3/3 for the week. He will break down both series as we get excited for the upcoming playoffs, since we were able to clinch a spot this past week. We will also preview this week's games against the Diamondbacks and another series with the Marlins. All night long we will also be covering any breaking news coming out Washington Nationals game against the Arizona which is starting at 7:05.

In the second half hour we will talk about how the Baltimore Orioles are doing in the American League as they battle for the last AL wild card spot. We will recap their series with the Red Sox where they got swept and Diamondbacks where the Os swept. All hour long we will also be talking about the Washington Capitals as they have their first preseason game tonight. For the last few minutes of the hour we will also quickly recap DC United's huge 4-1 victory and preview their two upcoming games this week. It will be an important few games as they continue to fight for the last playoff spot.

In second hour we will celebrate our first victory Monday for theWashington Redskins. Carroll will also give us his thoughts on yesterday’s big win which he also write a great article about. We hope to have some of you call in and give us your thoughts on the huge win as well. We will also preview the next game against the Browns.To end the show we will continue to talk about the World Cup of Hockey. We will talk about how disappointing it was for many of our Capitals players as Holtby is the only capital who made it to the finals. Team USA Hockey was particularly disappointing losing all 3 games. We will recap who made it to the semifinals and then also break down the upcoming final 3 game series that will be starting tomorrow night in Toronto. We hope to have callers jump on and talk about all of this and any Caps or Nats updates in our jam packed ending.

He will break down both series and take a look at how the Nats are doing in the standings. We will also preview this weeks games against the Marlins and Pirates. All night long we will also be covering any breaking news coming out Washington Nationals game against the Marlins.

In the second half hour we will talk about how the Orioles are doing in the American League as they battle for the AL wild card. We will recap their series with the Red Sox and Rays where they went 4-3. We will also give scoring updates all night as they play the Division Leading Red Sox, who the Os trail by 3 games. To end that first hour we will preview the Russia vs North America hockey game that will be starting at 8 and recap Friday’s DC United game.

In second hour we will break down the second half of last Monday’s Redskins game vs the Steelers. Carroll will also give us his thoughts on yesterday’s upsetting loss to the hated Cowboys. For our last half hour of our show we will talk about the World Cup of Hockey. Robbie will talk about the first International Hockey game that he had ever gone to (@ Verizon Center last Tuesday). He will also discuss Saturday’s disappointing loss for Team USA at the hands of Team Europe. We will also preview the must win game against Canada that will be on Tuesday. Robbie will also break down the entire tournament and explain who the Capitals players are playing for and how they are doing. We will be focusing on our Russian players as we give scoring updates on that game vs Team North America. We will also take your calls throughout the night on all these topics and more. The first thing we will get into is how the Nats have done the last 2 weeks since our last podcast. We are not going to go into as much depth as we usually do in our first hour since the MNF game between our beloved Redskins and the hated Pittsburgh Steelers will start shortly after. We will be breaking the game down as it happens and giving our thoughts play by play. During each commercial break of the football game we will do a game break topic. Our game break topics for the first quarter will be all baseball and football. We will continue our conversation about the Nationals and have live look-ins to tonight’s game with the Mets. We will also recap the very close wild card situation in the american league for the Baltimore Os. We will take a look at how they are faring against the division leading Red Sox who they currently trail by 2 games. We will also break down how other games went during the very busy first NFL Sunday of 2016. We will take it a step further in the second quarter by going Facebook Live during our MNF simulcast. We will continue to cover the Redskins, Nationals and Os games. During the commercial breaks we will also be previewing next Sunday's Cowboy’s game. We will also talk about how DC United has done the last 2 weeks and talk about the world cup of hockey. Robbie actually plans to goto an exhibition game for team USA Tuesday at the Verizon Center (with 2 Caps on the team) that he hopes to talk about if we have time. We are also planning on ending the show with a halftime special (also will be facebook Live) where we will recap our thoughts on the game so far and previewing next week's exciting show.
