A message from BLKGOP:
The date was 4/17/19. I had a plan to do something different for our brand and our show. I wanted a poetry night. The tricky part was when I was trying to put the show together. Just as I was about to scrap the project my homie Javon Cowan introduced me to Florence Chevalier, Mike Williams, David Bhatti, and our homie Tommy popped in for a surprise. It transformed into one of the best shows we've ever put on.
